Botomate, Inc. ("Botomate," "we," "us") operates this website as a pre-launch landing page. The site allows visitors to submit their email address to receive product updates and announcements. No products or services are currently offered for sale.

Botomate, Inc. respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information.
Email address. If you submit your email via our signup form, it is stored by Mailchimp (Intuit Inc.) on our behalf and used solely to send you product updates and announcements you requested.
Usage data. We use Google Analytics to collect anonymized data about how visitors interact with our site (pages visited, time on site, general geographic region, device type). This data does not identify you personally.
We use your email address only to send the updates you signed up for. We use analytics data to understand how our site is performing and improve it. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party.
Mailchimp processes email subscriptions on our behalf and is subject to its own Privacy Policy. Google Analytics processes anonymized usage data and is subject to Google's Privacy Policy. Cloudflare provides network security and performance services.
Google Analytics uses cookies to distinguish unique visitors. You may opt out via the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
We retain your email address for as long as you remain subscribed. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email we send.

Security is a first-class concern at Botomate. We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect any personal information you share with us, including encrypted transmission (HTTPS/TLS) and access controls on all internal systems.
This site is served over Cloudflare's global network, which provides DDoS mitigation, TLS encryption, and additional security hardening at the edge. Email data is handled by Mailchimp, which maintains its own SOC 2 Type II compliance program.
If you believe you have found a security vulnerability in any Botomate system, please disclose it to us responsibly before making it public. Email a description of the issue, steps to reproduce, and any proof-of-concept to security@botomate.com.
We commit to acknowledging your report within 72 hours and working in good faith to resolve confirmed issues promptly. We will not take legal action against researchers who follow this policy.
In-scope assets include botomate.com and any subdomains. Out of scope: social media accounts, third-party services (Mailchimp, Google Analytics, Cloudflare), and physical infrastructure.
We do not currently operate a paid bug bounty program, but we genuinely appreciate responsible disclosures and will acknowledge your contribution.
